Youth’s /Children's Ministry – Our Youth’s /Children's Ministry is under the direction of Pastor Lisa Burrell assisted by Pastor Lauri Stamps and Sister Corvette Haynes.
Mission Statement: The mission of the Youth Ministry of End Time Ministries International is to establish a foundation for building Christian character, morals, values and behaviors in young people ages 5 to 18; by using creative and innovative methods to excite, inspire, capture and ignite young people for Jesus. Our goal is to enable young people to understand and recognize who Jesus is and what it is to live for Him only.
Vision Statement: Our vision is to respond to the social and spiritual needs of the youth within our church and community by providing relative programs, activities, and events that will allow them to build a strong foundation of faith that will enable them to express and share their faith through their own words, actions and deeds; to encourage them to use their individual talents in programs and ministries that interest them in order to nurture their growth as people of faith while providing volunteer services to the community.
Ministry Responsibilities:
- Shall oversee and supervise all operations of the Youth’s /Children's Ministry.
- Shall seek to fulfill all responsibilities with dedication and love for your work and respect for all members.
- Shall maintain a weekly contact with “Youths” under your direction.
- Shall follow-up on all responsibilities delegated to your ministry section.
- Shall keep the Youth Pastor apprised of needs and conditions within your Ministry.
- Shall be an example to the Church in spiritual growth by coming at least 30 minutes early to pray before each service.
- Shall attend all annual planning retreats and quarterly Council planning meetings. If unable to attend, shall inform the Youth Pastor in advance and have a substitute attend for you.
