Women of Excellence Ministry (WOE) – Our Women of Excellence Ministry is under the direction of Pastor Shelia Stubbs.
Vision Statement: It is our vision to enhance and guide our women into Biblically sound relationships in their families and churches by making continual deposits into their spiritual, emotional, and economic development as they seek their rightful place in the Kingdom of God!
Mission Statement: To touch the lives of women by the transforming power of Jesus Christ, discipling them to follow His example, and training them to lead, mentor, and minister to others.
Purpose: The women of excellence will provides our church members a safe environments wherein they may voluntarily meet to share specific personal and/or emotional concerns, with the expectation of spiritual and emotional support of other members having similar concerns and like issues and experiences. The women’s ministry will support Single Parents and Mothers, Bereave family, various loss issues, Survivors, Cancer Support, Set Free from Addiction and Substance Abuse. Every woman who is a member of End Time is automatically a member of (WOE). Women of Excellence gathers for services the third Thursday of every month at 6:00pm., where Pastor Shelia Stubbs hosts prayer gathering, worship and fellowship where she, or other esteemed speakers, address topics such as relationships and health.
Ministry Responsibilities:
- Shall oversee and supervise all operations within your Ministry.
- Shall seek to fulfill all responsibilities with dedication and love for your work and respect for all members.
- Shall keep the Bishop apprised of needs and conditions within your Ministry.
- Shall maintain all paperwork and tracking reports as required.
- Shall be an example to the Church in spiritual growth by coming at least 30 minutes early to pray before each service.
- Shall attend all quarterly planning meetings. If unable to attend, shall inform the Bishop in advance and have a substitute attend for you.
- Shall remember that your service to God goes beyond the church service and building. Your actions outside the church also dictate people’s response to the effectiveness of your ministry.
