News Letter / Promotion Ministry – Our News Letter / Promotion Ministry is under the direction Minister Roslyn Richmond and Apostle, Bishop Godfrey A. Stubbs
Ministry Purpose: The News Letter / Promotion Ministry Leader is responsible to administer and supervise the bi-monthly church newsletter in a manner that will communicate to the church, visitors and the public at large, the message of truth, plus all church activities, ministries, and programs. The News Letter / Promotion Ministry will being a visual mode of communication, and are expected to produce work of the highest-quality, integrity and professionalism. By focusing upon these areas, the activity of End Time and the promotion of all our ministries is vital for our church growth and development.
Ministry Responsibilities:
- Shall oversee and supervise all operations within your Ministry.
- Shall seek to fulfill all responsibilities with dedication and love for your work and respect for all members.
- Shall keep the Bishop apprised of needs and conditions within your Ministry.
- Shall oversee, publishing and distribute news letter to all members and visitors.
- Shall maintain all paperwork and tracking reports as required.
- Shall be an example to the Church in soul winning by continually being involved in the outreach ministry of your choice, with the Bishop approval.
- Shall be an example to the Church in spiritual growth by coming at least 30 minutes early to pray before each service.
- Shall attend all quarterly planning meetings. If unable to attend, shall inform the Bishop in advance and have a substitute attend for you.
- Shall be an example to the Church in spiritual growth by coming at least 30 minutes early to pray before each service.
- Shall remember that your service to God goes beyond the church service and building. Your actions outside the church also dictate people’s response to the effectiveness of your ministry.
